Who we are
BOSOM TOWEAR ("we", "us") is a streetwear brand based in Bangkok, Thailand, operating this website and the Instagram account @bosomtowear. This policy explains what information we collect when you browse or buy from us, and how we use it — wherever in the world you're shopping from.
What we collect
When you check out: your name, email address, shipping address, and payment details are collected directly by our payment processor, Stripe — your card number and payment details never touch our own servers. From that transaction, we keep a record of your email, country, the items and size you ordered, and the order total, so we can fulfill your order and help if something goes wrong. We do not separately store your full mailing address or card details ourselves.
When you just browse: we set one cookie (btw_country) that remembers your country so prices display in your local currency — it lasts one year and contains no personal information. Your shopping bag is saved only in your own browser's local storage; it is never sent to us until you check out.
We may enable basic analytics tools (such as Google Analytics or Meta/TikTok Pixel) in the future to understand overall site traffic. If and when we do, this policy will be updated first, and any such tool will follow its own provider's privacy terms.
How we use it
- To process, ship, and provide support for your order
- To respond to your questions via Instagram DM or LINE
- To detect and prevent fraud or abuse of the checkout system
- To meet our own tax and accounting record-keeping duties
We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
Who we share it with
- Stripe — payment processing (card details, billing/shipping address)
- Supabase — secure database hosting for order records (hosted in Tokyo, Japan)
- Vercel — website hosting
- Shipping couriers (Kerry Express, Flash Express, and international carriers) — to deliver your order
Because we ship worldwide, your information may be processed in Thailand, Japan, and other countries where these providers operate. Each of them maintains their own security and privacy standards.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfill your order and to satisfy our accounting and tax obligations under Thai law — typically around 5 years, after which records are deleted or anonymized.
Your rights
Wherever you're located — including under the EU/UK GDPR or Thailand's PDPA — you can ask us to:
- tell you what information we hold about you,
- correct anything that's inaccurate,
- delete your order records (subject to our tax record-keeping duty above), or
- stop processing your information where we don't have a valid reason to continue.
There's no self-serve account/data dashboard yet — message us on Instagram or LINE and we'll handle your request directly.
Children
BOSOM TOWEAR is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If we materially change how we handle your information, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
